Sharing on network (server)
-Place the file inside the folder
-Right click the folder
-Click properties
-Click Sharing 
-Click share the folder on the network
-Click Apply 
-Click Okay

Checking the file
-Click Start Button
-Click Run
-then type "(Ip address)"

Sharing Printer
-Click Control Panel 
-Click Add Printer
-Click Printer
-Click Sharing
-Click Share this printer
-Click Apply
-Click OK

Connecting printer on a network 
-Click run
-then type "[IpAddressofserver]
-Double click Printer and faxes
-Click connect
